  • Permanent jewelry applications and custom hat are a separate fee per-person.
  • Please reschedule or cancel your party prior to 48 hours before the start of your event.
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon booking.
  • 20% of retail sales from the event (pre-tax) will be earned for your fundraising program. Sparkd Permanent Jewelry LLC will issue you a check.
